1. Grant of License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use GroupChatly solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to this EULA and applicable policies.
2. Restrictions
No reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, automated bulk access, resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized access. Do not circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in GroupChatly and its intellectual property remain with Aptifirm LLC and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred by this EULA.
4. User Content & Conduct
You are responsible for your content and interactions. No harassment, hate, incitement, doxxing, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, malware, spam, or impersonation.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for EULA or policy violations, security risks, unlawful behavior, or non-payment (if applicable). Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptifirm LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by applicable state and federal law (without regard to conflict of laws). Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts specified by Aptifirm LLC’s principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Changes
We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
